I'm sitting on a porch at Las Tarrales eco-lodge, which is set amid a shade-grown coffee plantation on the slopes of Atitlan Volcano. Birding is great here, with lots of Delaware breeding birds munching away on bananas, nectar, and bugs, fueling up for their trip north. Baltimore Orioles, especially, are everywhere.
