Wild Delaware

Semipalmated sandpipers have a unique way of plucking horseshoe crab eggs from the edge of the Delaware Bay waters. They hover low above the muddy water until they spot an egg. The process seems to work well until a wave comes along and all of the peeps have to jump over the water.
